What repairs do you handle?
We repair TVs up to 50 inches, record decks, amplifiers and audio equipment.
Is there a diagnostic fee?
The deposit /diagnostic fee of £20.00 is deducted from the repair bill if you decide to go ahead with the repair, if you don’t or it is beyond economic repair, it covers the time and expertise involved in fault finding.
Do you offer home visits?
No. All repairs are handled from our Hove location.
Can you assess items for insurance?
For £30 Robert Smith will produce a letter for insurance companies confirming the fault with the equipment or that it is beyond economical repair.
